OPPIDUM MOSCATO DI TERRACINA D.O.C SECCO

Grapes: 100% Moscato di Terracina

Harvest the third week of September and October, grape selection and manual harvesting.

Vinification and Maturation: Delicate pigi-stemming, maceration of 24/36 hours and slow fermentation at room temperature controlled, 16/18º. The subsequent decanting and constant temperature control to maintain this aromatic dry wine all the flavors and aromas of the grapes from which it comes.

Sensory Profile: Color straw yellow with golden blues. Perfume very intense and typical of the variety of backgrounds, complex, with notes of tropical fruit, dried rose, apricot. Taste rich, full, balanced in acidity and exuberant in romantic notes, with a very long aftertaste which closes with notes of bitter almond. 

Serve with: his intense and fine perfume make it suitable to accompany dishes based on fish processed, fried mixed seafood appetizers. It also reveals an excellent aperitif.
