A wine which is obtained from Falanghina grapes which undergo cold maceration without the skins. 

Sensory traits:  It is straw colored with characteristic floral scents. It has a dry, fresh harmonious flavor.

Food and wine combinations: Excellent with starters and fish, pasta and white meats, grilled fish and vegetables, mozzarella cheese etc.

Serving temperature: 9-10º
