GENERAL: obtained by a careful selection of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo collected to achieve full phenolic maturity
WEATHER CONDITIONS: From mid-August until the beginning of October, the high temperatures and lack of rainfall have accelerated harvesting operations. The harvest began on September 25. The grapes were transported to the winery very healthy, but made with grapes / wine lower than normal. The quality of the wines is very good for all types. The climate and meteoric, recorded especially last summer, resulted in a decrease in the amount assessed in 15% compared to last year.
