Only select grapes of the Anglianico variety are macerated with the skins at length and at a controlled temperature from which a ruby red wine is obtained. 

Sensory traits: It has a lovely perfume hints of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries.  The flavor is dry, balanced and smooth. 

Food and wine combinations: It is well couple with red meats, game, matured cheeses and grilled meats.

Serving temperature: 16-18º
